Registration and Payment

Welcome to Black Hills MomCo at Westminster Church!  We are now accepting registration for our 2026-2027 MomCo year.

Please complete this form so that we can learn more about you and your children.

The Black Hills MomCo is a large group and our  KidsCo program does fill up fast.  To secure your spot in KidCo we must receive your Registration Form and your MomCo International Fee.  Your Black Hills MomCo Annual Fee may be paid in full, or paid per a payment plan.  We appreciate all memberships to be paid in full by March.

MomCo International Fee: $37.00

Black Hills MomCo Dues $65.00 

Black Hills MomCo KidsCo Dues: $40.00 for one child, $80.00 for two children, $100.00 for three or more children

Black Hills MomCo accepts online payments via CheddarUp! Please note that there are several payment options you may choose from.

We request that your Black Hills MomCo Annual Fees be paid IN FULL by March. 

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please make your check payable to Black Hills MomCo

*** We do not want any mom to feel like she cannot attend MomCo due to financial constraints.  We have several fundraising opportunities to help with tuition.  In addition, scholarships are available. You can visit Rachel (at the registration table) to pick up a scholarship application or print the one below.  Rachel will be in touch with you regarding your scholarship status.***
